Airflow mill ultrafine crusher
product description
Ultra fine crushers are widely used in industries such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, insulation materials, etc. They are used for various materials in flammable and explosive mineral, chemical, construction and other industries. The high-precision processing process allows the finished product to be adjusted in size range of 400-3000 mesh.
Ultra fine crusher structure
A pulverizer is a device that uses high-speed rotating blades to collide and separate dry materials into ultrafine powder through a cyclone of air flow. It consists of a feeding port, an aggregate tank, a crushing chamber, a high-speed motor, etc. The ultrafine crusher consists of coarse crushing, fine crushing, and wind conveying devices, which achieve the purpose of crushing through high-speed impact. The pulverizer utilizes wind energy to produce powder in one go, eliminating the traditional screening process.
Working process of ultrafine crusher
The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port and is crushed by high-speed rotating blades (23000r/min). The high-speed rotation of the crusher blades also causes the flow of air flow, which brings the crushed material into the crushing tank. The air flow is discharged through the crusher filter bag to complete the crushing.
